Job Description


- Arrange decoration and clean the reception area.

- Communicate with customers, welcome customers and patients directly to the clinic.

- Answer and answer phone calls.

- Receive and support consulting services for customers when coming to the clinic.

- Receive information and classify customers, guide customers through initial procedures at the clinic.
- Update customer information, store, organize and contact customer support/care after using the service.

- Update information, call customer service, arrange follow-up appointments, and remind customers to make appointments for examination.

- Implement the payment process for customers: Collect money from customers for services and manage cash funds. Report income and expenditure at the end of the day to superiors.

- Receive customer allocation from sales department: appointment schedule, customer information. Remind customers to come to the clinic on time for their consultation appointment.

- Understand customer needs, provide the best quotes and services to customers. Coordinate with doctors to develop plans to successfully close sales, improve consulting and care efficiency, and persuade customers to perform services.

- Master pricing policies, promotions, and incentives from time to time from the sales department.

- Old customer service:

+ Visit and survey customer feedback after experiencing the service at the branch (after 1 day).

+ Check and remind customers of regular follow-up appointments.

+ For customers who have used services at the clinic but have not returned to experience other services (over 6 months): based on current promotion policies, invite customers to visit, consult and experience the service.

- Track customer payment history, remind customers to pay.

- Support other tasks at the reception desk when necessary: collect patient payments, open doors,...

- Perform daily work reports and other tasks as requested by Management.
