JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage and evaluate employee performance including: quality monitoring, number of calls and sales of employees on a daily basis
• Building and implementing work plans for the team; Allocate customer data to employees.
• Set up the process of management, training and skill development of employees; Support to handle situations, train employees on phone communication skills and product skills.
• Handling problems during consulting and working of staff: Customers are difficult to reach, Customers need urgent support during the day
• Responsible for the team's sales by day, week and month; Motivate and manage each employee to achieve monthly targets.
• Receive training for new employees.
