Processing
- Manage teams/groups and customer service systems to ensure customer service staff and related departments follow company procedures
- Develop and implement activities and work processes to improve work efficiency
- Train, guide, and control the activities of employees under management.
- Responsible for progress, work evaluation, and work reporting as required.
- Participate in planning and implementing activities to motivate customer service staff, and other company activities
- Observe and resolve internal team issues and arising issues
- Some other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management
