1. Responsible for organizing, implementing, supervising and reporting Logistics activities of the Corporation and factories according to the plan approved by the Head of Department.
- Based on the monthly/weekly logistics plan according to the issued SnOP, divide it up for BUs to organize implementation.
- Check the collection and synthesis of warehouse activity reports from BU
- Build a reporting system that shows performance indicators and operational quality of the department
- Advise, warn, and make suggestions to solve the problem of operating warehouses and transportation throughout the company
2. Manage transportation costs throughout the TTC Sugar system.
- Control the dispatching activities of the BUs, ensuring compliance with the dispatching process and approved price list.
- Control the load (MOQ) of deliveries, ensuring optimization of shipping costs/unit prices according to each delivery MOQ level.
3. Focal point to check instructions for handling delivery activities
- Monitor and check delivery activities nationwide
- Propose the establishment of transportation routes to meet business needs
- Take charge of handling incidents related to transportation activities
4. Regulating the transportation of raw sugar/raw sugar/imported sugar from the port to the factory/rented warehouse.
- Select a carrier to provide transportation services for raw/imported white sugar.
- Organize and regulate transportation activities from the port to the factory/rental warehouse according to the monthly import plan.
- Control quality, loss and transportation costs of raw sugar/raw sugar/imported white sugar transportation activities.
5. Review and advise on BU's repair and maintenance proposals

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics activities
- Experience using WMS, DMS, TMS
- Master standard warehouse operating procedures
- Knowledge of import-export activities and transportation of goods
