Job Description

Administration service

1. Register the brand and team's activity plan.

2. Report:
- Report marketing activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Report employee activities
3. Deploy other work as requested by CMO
Manage and develop brand, product and service information systems

Communications

1. Develop content and plan and deploy communication on all media.
2. Organize events for communication and marketing activities.
3. Support HR in organizing events and internal company activities.
Digital MKT: Develop direction, plan and monitor the implementation of the brand's Digital Marketing activities.
Trade promotion (trade marketing):
Management and development of Marketing resources

1. Directing content creation and production of Sales & Marketing documents and items (profile, sales kit, POSM, billboards, TVC, documentary films, user manual books/films...)
2. Manage online and offline Marketing resources (images, text, related content files...)
3. Control and update internal resources and publicly shared resources for the press, the entire company, and other subjects.
Event implementation - Develop plans and organize offline events. inside and outside the company (including events, mini activation, sampling, workshops, talkshows, reviews...)
- Select, manage budget and supervise the implementation of events with agencies according to the allocation plan for each brand.
- Manage human resources and operations team to ensure the implementation of events throughout the year for brands.
- Develop ideas and propose innovative ideas for event activities to create efficiency in exploiting media content on Digital platforms
- Create ideas and plans for activities and programs according to the direction of the Board of Directors
- Manage and report costs and budget to the Board of Directors
Customer relationship management - Building customer service/Loyalty programs to nurture old customers as well as attract new customers.
- Manage, ensure and improve customer service quality (Hotline, Hotmail, Zalo, Fanpage...).
- Update and improve the CRM system to optimize Customer management tasks.
- Manage and standardize customer database.
Standardize operating processes to minimize time and optimize work efficiency.
