1. Develop internal communication activities (30%)
- Participate in developing and implementing plans/activities to communicate corporate culture, guidelines and policies... to the Company's employees on multiple channels;
- Design media publications for articles on internal communication channels such as internal email, fanpage, group, bulletin board...;
- Taking photos and videos at internal events (basic level)
- Contribute ideas and organize internal programs and activities of the company, aiming at effective communication according to each specific goal of the company;
- Participate in the Organizing Committee or Coordination at company events.
2. Develop corporate image (20%), brand image of company's application products (50%)
- Come up with ideas and coordinate designs, photos, videos, and media content on channels for the company's application software products.
- Build and manage content on channels. Propose and implement development and diffusion plans.
- Manage marketing budget according to product projects.
