* Quantity and Quality of Seller's products/goods listed for sale on Catch.vn & Exocomets.com
* Approach, exchange and consult to improve Seller's recognition and trust with Catch.vn & Exocomets.com
* Work closely with the Category Teams to select suitable Sellers to supplement the categories
* Coordinate and work closely with the Catch.vn & Exocomets.com Operations Team to support account creation; Guide and support Seller can sell products on Catch.vn & Exocomets.com in the fastest and most professional way.
* Coordinate with the Training Team to organize courses, knowledge training sessions on using sales functions on Catch.vn & Exocomets.com to help Sellers do business most effectively on Catch. vn & Exocomets.com
* Regularly contact and take care of the Sellers in charge to ensure that Sellers do business efficiently and easily on Catch.vn & Exocomets.com
* Coordinate and work closely with the Operations Team to ensure Seller's inquiries and complaints to receive and handle quickly and professionally with the highest satisfaction of Seller.
* Prepare business data for Manager/Director
* Support the contract signing procedure with Seller
* Answering, consulting, answering Seller's questions related to policies, fee schedules, operating models on Catch.vn & Exocomets.com
