WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
Support sales team and manage Revenue data
• Check, collect information and prepare Sales Communication / Sales Team Contracts and Proposals for Customers.
• Update and finalize sales revenue reported from Media sales team into Action Plan, Master File weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
• Acting as the main point of contact with the Accounting and Human Resources Department on actual revenue reports
• Conduct and support the Sales team to complete the monthly closing
• Update process daily, ensure database is always up to date, keep new customer records and send to Sales team for outreach
Budget and expense records
• Double check and record all group expenses (Entertainment, Travel, Project Expenses, Etc.)
• Record and track all expenses of the group on the electronic accounting system
• Monitor team budgets to achieve efficient operations and ensure correct company policy
• Monthly expense accrual update for Accounting and Fire Department
Other missions
• Collect invoices and request the Accounting Department to issue invoices
• Save all contracts and related documents
• Track payments and liabilities, remind sales to pay
• Request vouchers and distribute to specific Media Sales members
• Book accommodation and submit documents on the system
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduated in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant
• Minimum 1 year Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Executive, Administration or Personal Assistant in an international company • Hardworking
