Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management :
    • Oversee and manage the setup and maintenance of our games on Google Play Console and App Store Connect. Ensure all game listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
    • Monitor and analyze game performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Ad Campaign Management :
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
    • A/B test different ad creatives and strategies to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting :
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations for internal stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments and report on KPIs.
    • Use analytics tools to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the development, game designer, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with product developments and user feedback.
  • Market Research : Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensure spending aligns with company goals and delivers optimal returns.
  • Creative Direction : Guide the creation of marketing materials and ad creatives, ensuring they are compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for each specific ad platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing within mobile game publishing companies.
  • Strong expertise in managing Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics specific to mobile gaming.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for mobile gaming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies for mobile games.
  • Creativity and experience in managing creative processes for ad content.
  • Advanced certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics and optimization tools (eg, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
