■Job description
- Orientation, content development, content control on digital media channels for the Us market on platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok...
- Control costs according to the approved budget.
- Manage and allocate daily work of the Social team.
- Build and be responsible for the team's KPIs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

■REQUIREMENTS
MUST

Education level：Graduated from college/university
Language：Communicative English OR Japanese N3
No. of experienced year：
- English 6.0 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing communications industry
- Experience in team management
- Work experience related to creating content for channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok,..).
- Ability to create content, have experience working with Media to build viral videos and communication videos.
- Good thinking methods and problem solving skills. Dynamic and enthusiastic at work.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation skills, independent thinking, and analytical ability.

■Salary in Gross & Net:
15 Mil Gross + Lunch allowance + Sales bonus

■Working time：Monday - Saturday：8hh; 13:30-18:00. Off 2 Saturdays/month
