- Participating in the management of the Company's business activities under the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Manage personnel and departments.
- Coordinating with the director to establish rules and regulations suitable to the business situation of the Company.
- Participating in the negotiation and signing of contracts as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Continuously research the market and identify business opportunities including new trends, new products, new services, new audiences (including Customers, Partners, Competitors), growing regions growth and new markets.
- Follow up the actual business situation of the Company, propose to make timely adjustments to achieve business goals.
- Support the Director to manage the business and services for key customers, corporate customers; Develop short and long-term marketing plans and goals; Directing the construction and implementation of Marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market and expand the customer base.
