- Call customers to consult services according to available data
- Call on the company's Call system.
- Persuading customers to use credit card and cash loan products of banks and financial companies (VIB, PTF, SHB Finance, MCredit...)
- Responsible for checking Customer information, accuracy of information, clearly note Customer status on processed data
- Report to Team Leader the actual status, working performance and arising cases.
