Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Introduce and sell hotel rooms and tourism products of the company at the request of customers.
- Call / chat with suppliers to get the latest prices or discounts, good offers at the request of customers.
- Negotiate with hotel suppliers for effective and timely solutions to resolve customer complaints as well as best meet guest needs
- Work with marketing team to build product packages: Hotel, Tour, Combo, Voucher, - Work with web and sales team to ensure new products and services are posted and correct on website and channels Social Network.
Request
- At least 1 year experience in sales.
- Experience in the tourism industry is an advantage (no training will be provided)
- Have your own laptop (or don't have your own computer provider).
- Willing to work overtime and work on holidays, Tet
- Quickly adapt to change
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, dynamic and have high sense of responsibility in work, ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Proficient in office computer skills (word, excel, internet, etc.)
