Job description
- Building and Managing e-commerce websites and online stores of the Company on e-commerce platforms. Responsible for images, content, prices, inventory, related promotions;
- Develop product plans, promotions, vouchers, gifts and monthly discounts; Regularly update changes and related papers in regulations and sales policies of the exchanges;
- Handling orders, consulting, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. Control and coordinate with the internal team related to the e-commerce segment, ensure the operation with the floor and continuously monitor and improve the operation index of the booth;
- Research and analyze competitors to propose products that are suitable for the company's sales strategy and the floor in charge;
- Daily report and weekly, monthly report on revenue, number of orders, traffic; Proposal to improve operational metrics - Customer interaction rate, simple average value, gross profit on the floor;
- Actively interact with the floor to connect, negotiate the floor staff to increase the display benefits, incentives in the sales programs of the partners;
Working at the company headquarters: 150 Street 2, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male/Female. Age: From 20 to 30 years old;
- Qualification/Diploma: Relevant to the assigned work; Preference will be given to candidates who graduated in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration,...;
- At least 12 months of experience deploying on domestic e-commerce channels;
- Priority is given to candidates who have successfully deployed sales on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki floors, with a GMV booth of 500 million or more or have experience in deploying e-commerce booths in Southeast Asia, Amazon;
- Proficient in data analysis tools on e-commerce channels;
- Hardworking, smart, agile and progressive.
