* About the product

- Ensure products at the department must have full codes, categories...

- Storage of cargoes. If you detect a case of intentional destruction of goods, you should report it immediately

- Belongs to the product codes of best-selling + on-sale products (depending on the requirements of each place)

- Good understanding of products: origin, features, packaging, color, material...

* About importing and exporting goods

- Checking goods: Count the number of goods by code to sum up the total number of goods. Must ensure accuracy and honesty while checking goods

- Import goods: Depending on the amount of inventory and the speed of consumption, the staff will make an order list and then specialize in the sales supervisor to report the goods to the company. Note to be proactive in ordering. At least once a week

- Sales: Regularly present at the sale area to help customers choose products. Monitor consumption rate for reporting

- Export and return: Based on consumption, customer opinions and inventory time to make a list of export and return. Non-conforming products will be returned such as: defective, damaged, sold slowly, dirty... After having a list, work with the manager to make a list to return the report to the company.

* Main daily tasks

- Merchandise display: beautiful and reasonable display according to available templates

- Sanitation: ensure the hygiene of areas, products, shelves, counters... daily

- Inventory of goods: submit sales invoices, inventory the quantity of goods sold. Balance the budget and pay the money.

- Consulting and sales: approaching customers, introducing and consulting goods for customers. Follow the correct sales steps according to the training material.

- Handover meeting: handing over the work to the manager, supervisor, to the next shift.

- Work report: submit reports on sales and goods. Mainly there will be daily report, weekly report and monthly report.

- New product training: get products and their documentation. Memorize instructions and key features of merchandise (when new merchandise is available)
