*Specific work:
- Advising customers on products the company is selling with famous brands such as: Adidas, Asics,
- Comply with the observance of the Labor Regulations, regulations, sales and customer service regulations of the Company.
- Sales to meet the sales target, and at the same time make suggestions and initiatives to ensure that the sales targets are met or exceeded by the Company.
- Provide the best service to customers to encourage customers to shop for the next time. Polite, welcoming to listen to the needs of customers.
- Understanding the needs and tastes of customers.
- Ensure the best customer care service at all times.
- Receive and transfer information to Manager/Supervisor level to resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in the display of products and goods in the store
- Support warehouse staff to check goods when new goods arrive
- Periodically check inventory according to the Company's regulations
- Ask for new customer information
- Cleaning shelves, working areas in the store...
- Maintain display products in accordance with the arrangement of exhibitors
- Paste prices and origin of goods, attach alarms to goods. Ensure that all products in the sales area they are responsible for are displayed according to regulations and have all the necessary things such as prices, origin, alarm devices ... to be ready to sell to customers.
- Consulting for customers, not just standing to support customers
- Ensure the spirit of teamwork, solidarity and support for colleagues. If there is a conflict, it must be immediately reported to the superior to be resolved, without causing internal conflicts.
- Responsible for replenishing sold goods in his area
- Store goods in the best conditions, especially not allowing goods (accidentally or intentionally) to fall to the ground.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fashion sales
- Can do rotating shift
- Working time: 8 hours/shift,
- 3 times a month off
- Diligence, hard work, carefulness, honesty, hard work, listening, teamwork, sociability, good persuasion skills....
- Men and women have good looks. Male height 1.68m or more, Female height 1.55m or more
- Easy-to-listen voice, no stuttering, lisp
