Job duties
- Sponsorship Marketing: Build sponsorship profiles, contact sponsorship invitations to units and work directly with sponsors on VTF tournaments and events;
- PR and Communications work
+ PR and internal communication activities including internal newsletters, magazines,...
+ VTF tournaments and events are held annually and unexpectedly;
- Press relations.
- Organize events
+ Coordinate the organization and service of activities, tournaments, seminars, conferences, commemorative activities and other events assigned by the Federation.
- Online content management
+ Manage and administer VTF website content;
+ Manage VTF fanpage content on Facebook and other social networks.
- Compile and create monthly internal newsletters.
- Collect and manage photo archives for communication activities
+ Other work as assigned by leadership.
