- Receiving calls from customers, answering customers' inquiries about domestic and international air tickets
- Reservation, price calculation, quotation and procedures: book / issue / refund / exchange tickets according to all customer requirements.
- Answer customers about flight information and advise customers to choose good routes with the most competitive prices.
- Monitor and manage bookings, remind guests of ticketing deadlines as well as notify customers of flight changes.
- Check and remind customers about documents, flight time changes, ticketing deadlines and departure dates
- Update the price policies of airlines, new routes to advise, set up itineraries at the request of customers.
- Update promotional programs, coordinate with other departments in the company to have new products with the fastest information for customers.
- Manage assigned customer portfolio.

- Qualification: Graduated from College or University
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in ticket booking
- Job requirements:
+ Good communication and problem-solving skills, handling situations
+ Standard voice, no lisp, no stuttering.
+ Proficiently use international ticket reservation systems such as Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo, Saber.
+ Proficient in booking and issuing domestic tickets on websites such as Jetstar, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air.
+ Understanding of the aviation market
+ Proficient in the use of office computers
+ Dynamic and enthusiastic about work
+ Honesty, carefulness, high responsibility for work and determination to stick with the profession
