Handle customer requests related to booking & support services such as online check-in, meal booking, luggage, ticket change support, ticket refund.
Candidate Requirements
Less than 1 year of domestic ticketing experience.
Enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, careful in work.
Responsible and able to work under pressure.
