Receive orders directly from Head/Deputy Department Head
Assign and mobilize team members to perform assigned tasks.
Provide technical support to team members when needed.
Conduct equipment acceptance supervision after complete maintenance and repair
Carry out maintenance work on production machinery and equipment as planned or assigned by superiors.
Install and calibrate machinery and equipment for stable operation.
Comply with safety regulations and ensure labor safety while working.
Participate in technical improvements of the department.
Support in checking the factory's machinery and equipment, ensuring the system operates smoothly, safely, effectively and saves energy.
Remind team members about industrial safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention.
Regularly monitor and check records. Prepare documents on inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment in the workshop.
Periodically according to regulations, reports must be made on maintenance and repair work in the team to synthesize and submit to the Department Head.
