- Coordinate with the inspection of labor safety and fire prevention in the factory.

- Clean and maintain tools and equipment for assigned tasks.
- Proactively propose solutions to improve work efficiency for mechanical maintenance staff.
- Provide job guidance for new employees.
- Participating in professional training courses for mechanical maintenance staff.
- Make work reports as prescribed and attend department meetings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
