TECOTEC Group Joint Stock Company at the address 2nd Floor, Building CT3A, Me Tri Thuong Urban Area, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi. With the main need to serve the Company's employees for breakfast / drinks / snacks, we have a need to recruit the position of Chef and bartender at the Company's Café:

Job description:

• Prepare ingredients, food, prepare breakfast/lunch for employees and customers;
• Preparing traditional drinks: Coffee, smoothies, yogurt…;
• Process food/beverage to ensure food safety and quality, beautifully presented when serving customers;
• Prepare menu of dishes/drinks sold during the day, propose new dishes/drinks to the menu in accordance with the needs of employees/customers;
• Make a list and request orders for the restaurant daily/weekly and organize to receive goods from suppliers;
• Buying and selling raw materials, inspecting food and goods, ensuring the quantity and quality of input and output at the shop;
• Accounting for sales and purchases, import and export, and checking the use of breakfast/beverages/snacks of employees/customers;
• Ensure food safety; Labor safety; keep the working area clean;
• Working time: From 06h00 to 17h30 daily from Monday to Friday noon; From 06h00 - 14h30 Saturday.

Detailed description:

1. Preparing and serving breakfast/lunch:

• Breakfast dishes: Water dishes (Pho, vermicelli, vermicelli, noodles, ...), Dry dishes (Egg pate bread, dumplings, rolls, ...);
• Make daily menu and advertise at the restaurant for employees and customers to know how to use.

1. Prepare and provide drinks/snacks upon request:

• Mixing drinks: Café, smoothie, yogurt, juice...and selling accompanying snacks;
• Coordinate/support with bartenders to receive drink orders;
• Prepare and serve drinks/snacks according to the needs of employees/customers;
• Make your own snacks (cakes, traditional cakes, tea, ...).

1. Maintain and clean working tools:

• Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy throughout the service process;
• Wash and clean glasses, cups, cups, dishes, serving utensils and utensils of the restaurant according to regulations;
• Management of tools and assets; Check the operation of the equipment, machinery and facilities of the shop.

1. Perform other tasks:

• Recording books, daily or ad-hoc work reports at the request of the Work Manager;
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Job requirements:

• Good-looking form, female height from 1m55 or more.
• Age between 30 and 50.
• Looks pretty, good communication.
• Careful, thoughtful, skillful at work, love cooking.
• Agile, enthusiastic, responsible and proactive in work.
• Preferably with similar work experience in cooking, bartending or baking.
