Job Description

- Main chef specializes in American and Mexican dishes (burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, burritos,...) and experience in a wok kitchen is an advantage
- Work 8 hour shifts/rotating shifts, 6 days a week
- Directly check the food before serving customers
Ensure dishes are prepared according to predetermined recipes and procedures.
Directly participate in processing to ensure completion of work tasks
- Responsible for general hygiene in the kitchen area
Check and assign work to ensure cleanliness of the entire kitchen area
Responsible for food hygiene and safety from ingredient preparation to processing and presentation
Ensure equipment and tools used for processing are clean according to prescribed standards
Check and manage complete kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist the head chef in supervising and operating work
Participate in training sessions with the kitchen
Supervise and check ingredients prepared for each shift
Supervise and ensure work quality at assigned positions
