Job Description

Job description:
- Receive, check the goods, ensure the quality of the goods; Report immediately if there is any deviation.
- Preserve raw materials carefully, use sparingly.
- Check the remaining raw materials and food, give appropriate treatment, minimize the waste of raw materials.
- Prepare ingredients, utensils and equipment for food processing
- Update and notify relevant staff and departments about menu changes.
- Receiving orders, ordering from customers, assigning work to kitchen assistants
- Carrying out seasoning with suitable ingredients for each dish according to restaurant standards
- Directly process the main dishes of the restaurant in accordance with the process and standards of the restaurant: ensure compliance with regulations on food hygiene and safety, labor safety rules in the kitchen.
- Perform the process of decorating dishes after processing according to restaurant standards.
- Manage assigned kitchen area
- Organize goods, tools, tools neatly.
- Ensure work is assigned.
- Immediately report problems/problems to higher level if not resolved by yourself.
- Cooking; Ensure the quality and taste of food according to the recipe instructions.
- Make new dishes (including recipe, quantity, time and process; guide colleagues to ensure taste).
- Participate in company and departmental meetings and training.

Time: rotating shift
3 days of broken shift from 10 am to 14 pm and from 4 pm to 23 pm
3 days straight shift 14h-23h
off 1 day a week

Request:
- From 18 years old to 28 years old
- Candidates must be healthy, agile, honest, hard-working.
- Sociable, dynamic, willing to learn, clean, meticulous.
- Love working in F&B industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Kitchen in Restaurants.
- Candidates without experience will be trained more.
- Desire to gain experience and advance to higher positions

Welfare:
- Sign the labor contract and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union.
- Salary + 13th month bonus (minimum working time 6 months).
- Multiply 2 salary & 1 day off on National Holidays.
