This position will work at a factory in neighboring provinces of HCM (Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc)
work content
- Participate in meetings in Japanese
- Acting as a bridge between Japanese people and Vietnamese workers, responsible for "coordination between Japanese headquarters and Vietnamese factories" from design, development to mass production, including:
+ Check production samples
+ Check the test results of new materials
+ Check the color of the material
+ Participate in production department meetings, provide solutions and check arising problems
+ Coordination and communication between factories and headquarters in Japan
-Ensure and take responsibility for mass produced goods at the Vietnamese factory in accordance with the designs and samples of the parent company in Japan.
- Daily exchange with Japanese people (communication, email, document drafting)
Request :
- Male, 27 - 30 years old
- Graduated from high school/college/university/senmon
- Japanese N3 or higher, good communication
- 2 years of experience working at a Japanese company, Excel experience required
- Ability to communicate with Japanese people, draft documents, emails in Japanese, reports and explanations in Japanese

- The company supports hotels near the factory from Monday to Friday. On Friday afternoon and Monday morning, there will be a shuttle bus back to District 1, HCMC.
- UV can choose to return to HCM on Wednesday evening and return on Thursday morning, on this day there is still a shuttle bus.
