Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform transactions with customers: Processing reservations, passport visa services, car bookings, consulting, negotiation, contract signing, tour registration...
- Provide quotation information, service advice, answer customers' questions via email or phone about hotel booking, tour booking, air ticket, payment...
- Support, take care of customers, resolve complaints, handle service-related issues for customers
- Guide, track and manage the payment progress of customers
- Carrying out the holding and booking of services with selected providers (Hotel/Resort/Car...)
- New offers and contract updates with suppliers, detailed checking and price comparison (with support from product team)
- Update with suppliers and partners about new products and incentive programs that the company is implementing.
- Coordinate with Marketing department to assess the market, locate customers - products
Request
- At least 1 year experience in tourism and hotel industry
- Resistant to high pressure at work
- Willing to work overtime and work on holidays, Tet
- Quickly adapt to change
- Capable of multitasking
- Proactive, honest, responsible, enthusiastic and able to work independently or in a team
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in office computer skills (word, excel, internet, etc.)
