Processing
- Perform consulting work to support and answer problems for customers by phone, chatlive and handle tickets on Sales Management Software, sales website platform.
- Transfer customer information to relevant support departments.
- Make periodic calls to customer care and other jobs as arranged by the Head of Department.
- Monitor and continuously update policies on products and services of the business.
- Working time: Full time 08 hours at Office and OT on call center 01 to 02 hours (according to arrangement and arrangement of Head of BP)
