Job details
- Receive, answer and handle customer requests for progress contracts, project progress, project legality, etc. within the scope of training expertise.
- Consulting, receiving and handling requests for customers to come directly to the office, guests with an appointment in advance.
- Support customers in the process of contract payment, payment extension, deposit, ...
- Evaluate, classify customer groups, offer treatment methods, work and coordinate with relevant departments to find ways to handle them.
- Enter guest information into the system.
- Support other tasks as assigned by Management.
Candidate Requirements
- Male/Female from 22 years old and above
- Fluent in Word, Excel, ... Having 6 months of experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, progressive and able to work under high pressure.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate well with customers.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
