JOB DESCRIPTION - Receive orders from customers, coordinate with departments in the company to check order status, progress, confirm delivery time to customers.
- Check shipping costs with consignors, choose a shipper that meets the company's criteria. Conduct shipping procedures, track orders until customers receive goods.
- Receive and process customer feedback after receiving the goods.
- Update system for orders.
- Implement the reporting regime fully and timely according to the Company's regulations or at the request of superiors.
- Other requests from superiors.
REQUEST - English communication (level B and above).
- Experience from 2 years or more. Experience in import and export is preferred.
- Good Excel skills.
- Ability to arrange and handle work proactively, scientifically, quickly, hard to learn, responsible and able to withstand high pressure.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
