Job Description

  • Manage incoming calls, receive and process customer feedback;
  • Consulting and instructions on how to use products and services appropriately;
  • Instruct customers to pay and adjust information;
  • Support and guide customers on online account opening procedures and monitor and update customer lists
  • Answer customer questions/complaints according to the prescribed process and time;
  • Account information; place stock orders, fulfill customer requests;
  • Conduct service surveys via call center;
  • Support guidance and answer information for information brokers about products, services, and arising errors;
  • Track errors arising from customers and brokers from the system, update tracking files.
  • Send email notifications to customers: happy birthday, holiday announcements, announcements of changes to MAS products and services...
  • Birthday gift program for customers, Gratitude to old customers
  • Connecting parts to ensure thorough handling of customer requirements,
  • Support relevant departments to resolve customer requests. Contribute opinions and propose MAS products and services
