WORK CONTENT
- Carry out tasks and activities related to customer and partner care directly at the Office, indirectly through tools and media such as: Phone, email, social networks, other media platforms, and event activities in general.
- Consulting and support in answering questions related to: Products, policies. Transfer information to relevant specialized departments when necessary or beyond the scope of capabilities and resolve.
- Guide customers to experience the product and answer symptoms after use. Update information in the product experience tracking file according to regulations.
- Participate in organizing company/partner events as assigned by management.
- Receive and transfer documents and vouchers and update records of incoming and outgoing dispatches.
- Support management, repair, allocation of equipment, tools, and VPP/NYP according to staff requests and approval from superiors.
- Willing to travel on business as assigned by Management/Board of Directors.
- Willing to participate in work and events that arise after hours.
- Perform other tasks as directed and assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Qualification:
- Professional qualifications: Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Foreign Relations, etc
- Computer skills: Proficient in office information technology (word, excel, powerpoint), etc
+ Experience:
- At least 1 year as a customer service officer...
+ Skills:
- Good Communication Skills: Friendly, easy-to-listen voice, good-looking appearance, ability to build good relationships, present in front of crowds.
- Negotiation skills.
- Dynamic: Sensitive, flexible, able to handle situations well.
- Ability to cover and know how to organize programs and events is an advantage.
