JOB DESCRIPTION
Calling for phone consultations for customers who have used the product according to available data (not having to go out to look for customers)
Collecting customer information (Fields with full information about the profile of the customer, the company's competitors, the customer's needs and desires for products and services, the customer's field of activity, the ability to pay, growth potential)
Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with VIP customers, old customers continuously and regularly. Establish relationships with new customers through relationships, forums, conferences, seminars...
Plan to approach, visit VIP customers, wholesale customers, regular customers of the company. Actively planning to give gifts to customers on birthdays, holidays, and special occasions (opening day, company founding date, ground breaking) Coordinate with BP sales and related channels to deploy.
Implement surveys and measure customer satisfaction directly and report results to superiors.
