- Customer care consulting information about the company's English course products, according to new customer data and taking care of old customers.
- Perform other related tasks as directed by the Center Head.
- Receive, coordinate and resolve the feedback of students' parents.
- Acting as the link between parents and the center, answering questions of parents and students in a timely manner.
- Answering phones, receiving and processing calls to the center.
- Implement admission procedures, entrance test, class placement for students.
- Manage, update and report class events.
- Working time: Flexible arrangement of Morning - Afternoon shifts (S: 9am-18:30; C: 13h Break 1.5 days/week.
