Processing
Provide service and support to customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
Provide customers with answers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through remediation steps.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or problems. Provide information to customers about the Company's services and products.
Track customer response progress. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of field service processes.
Report all/any issues to senior management as required to ensure prompt resolution of pending issues.

Graduated from University with major in Economics.
Minimum 1 year of customer service, consulting experience (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Finance, Banking,...)
Use good English.
Proficient in office. Flexible, analytical skills, good communication skills, high attention to detail.
Salary: 13 million - 15 million/Month + Bonus + Allowances (No KPI applied).
13th month salary bonus according to Company regulations. Pay social insurance according to regulations.
