Job description:
- Receive information from buyers on the e-commerce platform (Lazada) via phone, text message, email.
- Support and answer buyers' questions and complaints.
- Guide shoppers to use promotions and free shipping programs to increase their shopping experience.
- Update relevant information and reports to the system.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Candidate requirements:
- Age: From 19 - 29 (From 2005 - 1995)
- Can work full-time (no class schedules)
- Candidates have experience or have worked in the following positions: Customer care, switchboard, telesales, call center, sales, consulting, receptionist.
- Have basic office computer skills (Excel), typing speed of 50 words/minute.
- Good communication, ability to convince customers (Problem solving skills).

Working time:
Rotating shifts 8 hours/day, OFF any day, can choose 1 of 2 working shifts, work schedule will be arranged and notified in advance
1. Day shift: Within the time frame of 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
2. Night shift: Fixed 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
