As a bridge to coordinate and support other departments to work with customers before, during and after sales:
• Support the Sales Department to contact and confirm the information to participate in the sales consulting seminar.
• After-sales customer care: assisting customers to set up websites/apps (customizing the interface, pointing domains,...), guiding customers to use website/app management tools, answering questions from customers. customers when using the product.
• Consulting and suggesting ideas to help customers use the product effectively.
