- Liaise between customers and partners to resolve issues through inbound, outbound, email, chat and texting on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, complain.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate tools, methods and processes.

- Immediately report serious cases/situations that arise

- Ensure customer satisfaction with service - Proactively update information/knowledge about customer service.
