Job details
- Support customers during the use of products
- Contact customers who have been and are USING the company's products according to available data (zalo chat, direct contact)
- Assist customers in answering questions about the product, instructing customers to use the product properly.
- Closing the order if the customer needs to continue using it
Working hours : 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 1:30 a.m. lunch break (26 workers per month)
