JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive a list of inquiries from sellers (big brands like Samsung) on Lazada
- Call the seller to answer the above questions and guide the seller through the process of registering an account, using Lazada's programs (gifts, discounts, ...)
- Updating information on the system
- Report to team leader when required
- Working hours: 9:00 am from Monday to Saturday
- Working place: QTSC Building 9, Quang Trung Software Park, No. 02 To Ky Street, Tan Hung Thuan Ward, District 12, City. Ho Chi Minh City
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female College graduate or above
- Having experience in customer service, sales, ... at call centers from 6 months

- Just an easy-to-listen voice, not a regional accent.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
