Contact the Logistics service company to conduct import procedures including customs declaration, quality inspection, release of goods, payment of import tax - VAT, payment to suppliers, etc.
Monitor shipping lines, shipping agents and customers on shipping schedules.
Contact forwarder/shipping company to make reservations and negotiate service fees.
Conduct export procedures including invoicing, P/L, invoice checking, tracking shipping schedules to notify customers promptly
Arrange loading schedule with warehouse.
Prepare documents for imported shipments, contact agents about Health Cert certification, food safety, customs procedures and arrange transportation of goods to the factory
Search for new forwarders/shipping companies to bargain for lower service prices and shipping fees.
Negotiate contracts and prices with transportation service providers.
Ensure delivery time and cost of shipment are reasonable.
Develop and implement shipment cost optimization strategies
Perform all other tasks related to the field of import and export procedures as requested by the Director.
