Import-Export Document Officer working in Binh Tan at Ho Chi Minh City - Mtv Maxbond

- Make a set of contract documents, invoice, packing list for each shipment, on the export declaration on the spot via ECUSVNACCS software
- Handling arising problems (If any) related to documents
- Complete and store a full set of documents for each set of export declarations on the spot and send statistics to the accounting department monthly.
- Make international payments (TT money transfer) to foreign beneficiaries.
-Prepare, check import goods documents invoice, packinglist, Bill, ... .send to the customs declaration service, follow up the customs declaration process until the goods are returned to the factory.
-Ready to go to the scene to deal with customs (if any)
- Store import and export records, send statistics to the monthly accounting department
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
