- Receive incoming calls from customers to advise and answer questions about services provided by Viettel.
- Consulting and answering customer questions mainly via livechat, calling to discuss directly with customers when customers request.
- Take care of and answer calls from the hotline, receive and answer customers' questions and complaints as well as report to superiors for timely handling.
- Set appointments for new customers
- Old customer service.
- Sitting and working at the company office
