1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build relationships, support customers using web app products for eCommerce (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) through the Live chat system and handle problems that arise during use in the smoothest way.
- Suggest content (FAQs, introduction, video ideas...) to support customers
- Listen to customer feedback and propose solutions to the Customer Success team leader.
- Work and interact with the entire Product team to improve the product.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Good reading and writing English. Priority is given to candidates with a certificate of IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 750 or higher (or equivalent qualifications).
- Priority is given to candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Have good understanding and sensitivity in the field of customer service.
- Sensitive to customer insight: have good analytical and evaluation skills.
- Have a great attitude to learn, be a good listener and have good communication skills.
