1. Take off the estimated volume
Deploy the quantity take-off according to the predetermined form of the electrical system
Implement Design & Build project design when required.
Train new employees in your department.
Check the process again according to the check list.
Ensure accuracy with the removed volume.
Ensure progress with quantity take-off work.
2. Get prices for labor materials from NTP and NCC
Read and understand the spec and materials proposed by the Investor, provide a list of materials that need a quote.
Assemble prices for labor materials according to the bidding bill.
Update unit prices of materials and labor
3. Other work as requested by direct superior. Create good relationships with NCC and NTP
Qualification: Engineer
Training major: Electricity, electronics
Work experience: More than 3 years of experience in construction, design or equivalent position
English proficiency: Communicate, read and understand specialized English
Computer skills: Proficient in Autocad and related specialized software. Proficient in office.
