Processing
– Preliminary consultation on pricing policies, products, and company services for customers in need and make an appointment with the Architect. (70%)
– Monitor customer status and make reports. (ten%)
– Receive, track warranty requests and survey customer opinions. (ten%)
– Arrange house handover such as ordering gifts, cars, and scheduling filming projects. (5%)
– Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (5%).
– Do not distribute leaflets, do not cold call, do not go to the market, or work in the office.
