Assist the Head of Security in running the daily operations of the department
Conduct security assessments of potential risks/threats
Plan and provide training and development programs for security guards and outsourced security teams.
Monitor the weekly work progress of the security department
Join and support the Safety Department on fire prevention measures
Perform daily security work and periodically check night security
Prepare weekly and monthly security report to Head of Security
Plan and initiate action to prevent property loss and theft
Participate in security operations during 3 phases of storm preparedness
Periodically update the security policy as required
