JOB DUTIES
COORDINATE: 50%
- Receive customer information and needs
- Confirm orders via the company's e-commerce sites
- Place an order, send an order confirmation to the customer and request the customer to transfer the deposit (if any) according to the order confirmation
- Manage customer data
- Monitor order progress, notify delivery time to customers; Compare import and export data
- Receive information requesting value-added invoices from customers and report back to BP. Accountant issues invoices to customers (if any)
- Receive customer feedback on orders, report back to specialized departments for answers and processing
- Processing orders, statistics and reporting to the Management Department
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT: 50%
- Classify goods clearly and accurately
- Arrange warehouse according to 5S principles
- Always ensure the amount of goods in stock to meet the company's business process
- Receive and check documents and papers requesting import - export, delivery or circulation of goods according to regulations; Responsible for goods at the warehouse
- Periodic/random inventory; Monitor inventory, plan inventory handling with suppliers and businesses
- Build, deploy and monitor warehouse and transportation operations according to correct procedures, optimize storage productivity and warehouse operations
- Report on expired goods, damaged goods, inventory, etc.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
