Operations and Sales Coordinator at Hai Phong - Jump Arena

- Ensure the operation and business activities of the center.
- Coordinate the implementation of part-time employee training.
- Coordinate the arrangement and coordination of work schedules and working hours of part-time employees to maximize work efficiency within allowable costs.
- Understand all products available in the center to be able to train staff and directly advise customers.
- Understand and grasp how to use and operate the sales system (will be guided and trained).
- Carry out inspection and quality control of facilities and goods to ensure the operation of the center.
- Handle customer-related issues within authorized authority.
- Make reports and send them to management levels: Daily Sale Report, Weekly Maintenance, Monthly Event, ...
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
