Plan and execute Marketing Performance for Real Estate projects to find potential customers on social networking platforms such as Email, Facebook, Google, Zalo, Tioktok, Youtube, etc.
II. Responsibilities
*** Task 1: Responsible for Digital Marketing effectiveness
- Develop strategies and plan Marketing implementation according to the Company's requirements.
- Implement, manage, measure and optimize the effectiveness of the Company's Marketing campaigns.
- Ensure KPIs for brand recognition and Digital performance on platforms.
- Make periodic weekly/monthly/quarterly or unexpected reports.
***Task 2: Research and implement Digital Marketing
- Research, update technology, learn new algorithms and regulations of platforms.
- Conduct market research , monitor competitors, learn about potential customer needs and profiles.
- Participate in the process of orientation, content & media creation to serve Digital campaigns.
- Make contingency plans and handle communication risks on Social channels.
- Manage, monitor and work with Agencies and NCCs affiliated with the company.
- Propose solutions to the Board of Directors to improve work quality.
- Perform other arising tasks assigned by direct management or the Board of Directors.
***Task 3: Participate in training to improve knowledge - Fully participate in training sessions on product, market, and competitor knowledge.
- Fully participate in training classes to improve your professional knowledge and apply learned knowledge to real work.
- Conduct Training, Workshops & update new trends and forms of Digital Marketing advertising for the Company's internal Sales Department .
***Task 4: Conduct job evaluation and comply with company regulations
- Perform work to ensure compliance with company regulations and laws.
- Join hands to build a working environment of integrity, dedication, professionalism and collective solidarity.
- Implement career development orientation and improve work efficiency for yourself.
- Completely evaluate your own work performance by Month/Quarter/Year.
