- Calculate the project's costs based on the norms set by the state and on the characteristics of the project to make the best bid plan.
- Prepare bid documents according to the requirements of the project;
- Manage and store quotes and bid documents of projects and ensure the confidentiality of bid information;
- Cooperate with suppliers to have competitive input prices for estimating work.
- Measure the volume of works;
- Drawing construction method drawings. Write a description of construction methods and labor safety measures;
- Prepare construction schedule, human resource schedule, machine shift schedule, budget schedule, estimate
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department.
